Abstract
Stago STart 4 merupakan salah satu alat autoanalyzer yang digunakan di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga. Stago STart 4 ini digunakan untuk pemeriksaan hemostasis. Sebagai petugas laboratorium perlu menunjang kinerja alat Stago STart 4 Hemostasis Analyzer dengan mengetahui proses quality control, meintenence dan troubleshooting untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi deskriptif yaitu menganalisa data primer yang sudah ada dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka Stago STart 4 Hemostasis Analyzer di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga. Data yaang diambil yaitu evaluasi proses quality control, meintenence dan troubleshooting. Maintenence Stago STart 4 pada bulan Oktober - Desember 2019 di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga telah dijalankaan dengan baik dan dilakukan secara otomatis setiap alat dinyalakan. Hasil Quality control Stago STart 4 Hemostasis Analyzer pada bulan Oktober - Desember 2019 tidak pernah melebihi batas nilai kontrol sehingga dapat dikatakan nilai kontrol diterima. Selama bulan Oktober – Desember 2019 Stago start 4 tidak mengalami gangguan atau troubleshooting pada alat.
