Dilakukan optimasi pertumbuhan kultur kalus Dioscorea pentaphylla L. dengan mengatur kombinasi konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh. Untuk media dengan konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh 1 ppm kinetin + 4 ppm 2,4 D memberikan hasil indeks pertumbuhan rata-rata ya
