Abstract

Conventional Tape (CT) dapat digunakan sebagai alat transpor sementara materi genetik yang ditemukan di TKP yaitu bercak darah kering dan menghasilkan sampel yang masih bisa diperiksa. Pengambilan sampel bercak darah kering dengan menggunakan CT pada lantai keramik yang dilakukan pada hari 1, 3, dan 5 masih menghasilkan sampel DNA yang layak untuk diperiksa di laboratorium DNA.
