Abstract
PT. Sumber Citra Persada is a Manufacture company wich engaged in the shoes industry with different brabd types. This company its operation since 2012 and has operated with bith local and foreign brand. Although it is still new, PT Sumber Citra Persada has a considerably large sales, and yet the company has not been having performance measurement standart that are capable of measuring the overal condition of the copany.
