Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Antara Emotional Labour Dan Burnout Pada Perawat Di Rsud Dr.H. Slamet Martodirjo. Emotional Labour Menurut Hochschid (1983) Adalah Manajemen Perasaan Yang Di Lakukan Karyawan Untuk Menciptakan Tampilan Yang Sesuai Dengan Tuntutan Situasi. Burnout Adalah Sindrom Keleahan Emosional Dan Sinisme Yang Sering Terjadi Pada Pekerja Yang Bekerja Pada Beberapa Jens Pekerjaan.
