Observations retrospectively using medical records of patients receiving cefpirome during their treatment from April 2009 until March 2010. Data collection was performed with a limited sample period. There were 29 patients who fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Cefpirome used in patients with a diagnosis of DHF (44.83%), CKD (10.35%), DM (13.79%), and other diagnoses. Cefpirome be used either alone or in combination with other antibiotics. Only 10.34% patients had received cefpirome therapy rationally
