Abstract
Latar Belakang: Disfungsional pada hip joint merupakan penyakit pada bidang orthopedi yang sering dijumpai, dan tidak jarang membutuhkan tindakan operasi baik internal fiksasi dan atau arthroplasty. Desain implant yang tersedia saat ini dibuat berdasarkan morfometri ras Kaukasoid, sedangan Indonesia mayoritas adalah ras Astronesia yang berpostur lebih kecil, Oleh karena itu diperlukan data morfometri pada populasi di Indonesia guna perencenaan preoperatif dan desain implain yang lebih sesuai untuk mencapai fungsional yang lebih baik dan mengurangi resiko komplikasi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan data file DICOM CT Scan pelvis di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya, Indonesia. Kemudian dilakukan pengukuran terhadap 20 parameter : NSA, HD, ACD, AD, NCW, NCH, HO, VO, CD, CDP, CDD, AA, AV,AI, CEA, ACE, FNL, FNA dan CAV Hasil: Didapatkan sampel penelitian 37 pria dan 63 wanita (200 hip joint) dengan rerata usia 48.9 ± 11.22 tahun. Didapatkan rerata NSA 128.98 ± 2.4; HD 43.4 ± 3.2 , ACD 47.4 ± 3.2, AD 25.2 ± 2.9, NCW 18.1 ± 2.2, NCH 22.3 ± 3.2, HO 34.7 ± 3.6, VO 47.3 ± 4.8 , CD 24.5 ± 4.1, CDP 42.3 ± 4.4, CDD 15.7 ± 2.3, AA 38.63 ± 2.79 AV 21.77 ± 5.55 , AI 5.15 ± 1.11, CEA 37.6 ± 6.28, ACE 24.25 ± 2.06, FAL 75.1 ± 8.1, FNA 14.86 ± 5.81 dan CAV 36,59 ± 6,89. Kesimpulan: Didapatkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara morfometri hip joint pria dengan wanita. Nilai rerata morfometri hip joint penelitian kami menunjukan nilai yang relatif lebih kecil dibandingkan populasi di Eropa
