Abstract
Kabatiella caulivora var.B (ALE 30.B) is one of endophytic fungi was isolated from Pulasari (Alyxia reinwardtii Bl.). The aim of the study was to assay 20 fractions of ethyl acetate extract Kabatiella caulivora var.B (ALE 30.B) against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Escherichia Coli ATCC 8739 and Candida albicans ATCC 10231. The assay was conducted disc diffusion method. The activity was evaluated by determination of the diameter of zone of inhibition. The result showed that at least 15 fractions of 20 fractions of ethyl acetat extract Kabatiella caulivora var.B (ALE 30.B) had antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Escherichia Coli ATCC 8739 and Candida albicans ATCC 10231. The higgest activity against Escherichia Coli ATCC 8739 and Candida albicans ATCC 10231 was showed by 7th fraction eventhough against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 was showed fraction 5th
