Abstract

Ignatius Ismu Prabowo. 070710761 S. 2007. Jurusan D3 Kepariwisataaan dan Bina Wisata, Departemen Komunikasi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universita Airlangga, Surabaya. Melakukan penelitian “ Analisa Kepuasan Business Travelers Saat Menginap di TS Suites Surabaya” . Bimbingan Ibu Nur Emma M.Si, S.Sos. Surabaya menjadi salah satu tujuan utama untuk kepentingan MICE (Meeting, Interest, Conference, and Exhebition) di Indonesia. Hotel merupakan salah satu bentuk fasilitas yang mendukung pelaksanaan MICE, oleh sebab itu setiap hotel saling berlomba-lomba untuk menarik para tamu untuk menginap di hotel mereka dengan melalui berbagai inovasi pelayanan dan produk. TS Suites merupakan hip hotel pertama di Indonesia., yaitu hotel dengan desain yang minimalis, modern, dan elegance serta dikonsep dengan pelayanan yang berjiwa muda, entertaining, santai, glamour, friendly, dengan tetap mengutamakan hospitality. Hal tersebut membuat penulis ingin sekali meneliti sistem dan pelayanan yang mereka lakukan untuk menarik pasar. Menurut penulis kesuksesan TS Suites dalam menarik pasar dapat lebih mudah diketahui dengan cara menganalisa kepuasan para tamu selama mereka menginap di TS Suites. Dengan menggunakan media kuisioner penulis berusaha untuk menganalisa kepuasan para tamu selama mereka menginap di TS Suites. Kuisioner tersebut berisi tentang penilaian tamu terhadap 3 (tiga) departemen yakni front office department, housekeeping department, dan food & baverage department,sehingga dapat diketahui layanan apakah yang paling memuaskan kebutuhan para tamu yang dalam hal ini dikhususkan kepada business travelers yang menjadi subyek dari MICE. Inti dari kuisioner tersebut adalah departemen manakah yang pelayanannya paling memuaskan para tamu business travellers. Dari hasil analisa kuisioner yang dilakukan oleh penulis, hal yang paling disukai dan memuaskan kebutuhan business travelers adalah kebersihan dan kenyamanan kamar yang merupakan tanggungjawab dari housekeeping department. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan masukan bagi TS Suites maupun city hotel lainnya untuk lebih memperhatikan kebersihan dan kenyamanan kamar yang mereka jual kepada para business travelers. Conducting research on "Analysis of Satisfaction Business Travelers When Staying at TS Suites Surabaya ". Guidance Ms. Nur Emma M. Si, S. Sos. Surabaya became one of the main purposes for the benefit MICE (Meeting, Interest, Conference, and Exhebition) in Indonesia. Hotel is one of the forms that support the implementation of MICE facilities, therefore every hotel each vying to attract guests to stay in their hotels through a variety of innovative services and products. TS Suites is the first hip hotel in Indonesia., Which is a hotel with minimalist design, modern, and elegance as well as conceptualized by the service who are youthful, entertaining, relaxing, glamorous, friendly, with a fixed prioritize the hospitality. This makes the author wanted to investigate systems and services that they do to attract the market. According to the author TS Suites success in attracting market can be more easily identified by how to analyze the satisfaction of guests during their stay at TS Suites. By using media writers questionnaire attempted to analyze the satisfaction of the guests during their stay at TS Suites. The questionnaire contains about Guest rating of 3 (three) departments the front office department, housekeeping department, and food & baverage department, so that can know whether the most satisfactory service needs of the guests who in this case is devoted to business travelers who is the subject of MICE. The core of the questionnaire is the department Which most satisfactory service the guests business travelers. From the results of questionnaire analysis conducted by the authors, the most preferable and satisfying the needs of business travelers is the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms is the responsibility of housekeeping department. The results of this research are to be used as input for TS City Suites and other hotels for more attention to cleanliness and comfort rooms they sell to the business travelers.
