Abstract

Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: Bakteriosin dalam kultur supernatan yang dihasilkan oleh Lactobacillus casei dalam susu fermentasi Yakult pada penelitian ini (1 ml Yakult dalm 10 ml MRS Broth) tidak mempunyai daya antibakteri terhadap Streptococcus mutans.
