GGoat semen is susceptible to damage during the freezing process, which causing the decreasing of semen quality, especially motility, viability, and integrity of spermatozoa’s after thawing. The setting of thawing temperature is one of the important factors to prevent the serious damage of spermatozoa at the time of thawing. This research aimed to determine the effect of various thawing temperatures to motility, viability and integrity of spermatozoa’s plasma membran frozen goat semen etawa (PE). This research occurred in water bath filled with water that has various temperature and same of the time. Frozen semen thawed in water in temperature at 27°C for 30 second, 37°C for 30 seconds and 39°C for 30 seconds. The result show that the percentage of motility and viability on thawing temperature at 37°C for 30 second (22,50 ± 2,74% and 63,33 ± 6,31%), and 39°C for 30 second (20,83 ± 2,04% and 60,33 ± 7,06%) significantly higher (P<0,05) than the thawing temperature at 27°C for 30 second (16,67 ± 4,08% and 51,17 ± 6,46%). Meanwhile between thawing temperature 37°C and 39°C was not different. The integrity of spermatozoa at plasma membran temperatures 27°C for 30 second (16,00 ± 1,67%) and 37°C for 30 second (21,17 ± 5,31%) significantly higher (P<0,05) than thawing temperature at 39°C for 30 second (15,00 ± 1,41%). Meanwhile the thawing temperature between 27 and 37 was not significantly different. So this research can be percentage of integrity of spermatozoa’s plasma membran achieved the best at temperature of 27°C and 37°C. It’s recommended to use a water temperature of 39°C at the time thawing of frozen goat semen.
