Abstract
This study aimed to determine the seroprevalence of AI virus in chicken (Gallus gallus) both local and broiler chickens slaughtered in Legi Market, Mojosari Subdistrict of Mojokerto. Totally 315 sera samples were taken within four weeks during March - April 2014. HI test were used to determine seropositive result according to (OIE, 2012) with titer antibody of ≥24 or more. The results showed 10 (3,17%) samples were seropositive AI H5, consist of five samples from local chickens and five samples from broiler chickens
