Abstract

The aim of this research detected of brucellosis in pigs at pig farm in the Djimin Villlage, Krebak Kramat Sub-District, Karang Anyar District by Rose Bengal Test (RBT) Brucella abortus method were later confirmed by the method of Complement Fixation Test (CFT) Brucella suis. The samples were used are planned samples were taken by nonrandom method conforms to the category attribute such as sow abortion undergo and adult pigs male. Samples take from pig blood serum were 21 tubes, that is 20 samples from the sows and one sample from an adult male. The results of this research was found that one sample positive of 21 samples by RBT. The results of CFT method was declared one of ten samples positive for brucellosis.
