Abstract

The aim of this study was to know the histopathological appearance of mice’s liver that infected by Candida albicans with mimba leaf water extract treatment. 20 mice was devided into four treatment. Histopathological appearance was analized by Kruskal–Wallis test, Mann–Whitney test, and Median value. The result of this study showed histopathological appearance of liver (p<0,05). Mann-Whitney test showed histopatological appearance of P0 group was not significant with P1 (p>0,05), P0 and P1 was significant with P2 (p<0,05), and P2 was significant with P3 (p<0,05). Median value of liver histopathological appearance on P0 was 15, P1 was 9, P2 was 37,and P3 was 53. The Conclusion of this research is mimba leave water extract treatment with 20 mg/kg bw/day, 40 mg/ kg bw/day, and 80 mg/kg bw/day cause histopathological appearance.
