Abstract

The aim of this experiment was to know the effects of crude chlorella and probiotic on the limfosit total at spleen of Al vaccinated broiler chicken. It's used 45 DOC (Day Old Chicken) broilers strain CP 707 average weight 37 gram. It's Completolity Randomisid design with Factorial method ( 30) by 5 replicant. First factor (Factor A) was crude chlorell, it has tree level 0 % , 5 % and 10 % which mixed on feed. The second one ( Factor B) was probiotik, it has tree level 0 %, 0,2 % and 0,4 % on drinking water. The broiler chicken had been treated for 33 days. Then at the age of 27 day had been Al vaccinated. Section to splemotory done 14 day vaccinated. Observe on limfosit at spleen of broiler chicken use microscope and analyzed use Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) continued by Duncan test. The result showed that the treatment crude chlorella with 10 % on feed was significant different than 5 % or 0%. Probiotik treatment 0,4 % on drinking water soo that was significant different to the another probiotic treatment (0,2 % or 0 % ). Whereas interaction treatments between the crude chlorella and probiotic was significantly different on the limfosit total at spleen of Al vaccinated broiler chicken.
