Abstract
This research was aimed to know effect of etanol Curcuma (Curcuma domestica) extract as anti microbial to Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria. The isolate of A. hydrophila got from Laboratory of Bacteriology and Microbiology Veterinery faculty Airlangga University. Identification were done using biochemical test and were culture on specific media Triptone Soya Agar (TSA). The inhibitory activity of Curcuma against A. hydrophila was measured by the dilution method with concentration 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 90% of Curcuma extract. Result of Minimal Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) Curcuma extract for this bacteria was revealed 68,90882%.
