Abstract

The objective of this research to obtain influence of the Loranthaceae to the subcelluler structure of cerebrum of mice (Mus musculus). Animal exsperimentally was used male mice, at 1-2 month age (20 g) at about 240 mice. The group of the mice devide randomize twenty mice each consentration (ten mice to treatment and ten mice to control) at 50%, 60%, 70%, and 80% by oral administration ( 1ml/20 g BB; 2 ml/20 g BB; 2,5 ml/20 g BB). Fischer Exact Test was used for analysis data at signification 0,05. This research was shown consentration at 70% and 80% showed inflamation cell in cortex cerebrum. In contras, 50% and 60% was absen.
