Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know organic matter and crude protein content of bamboo leaves (Giganthochloa atter) which fermented of cellulolytic bacteria (Actinobacillus sp. ML-08). Which experimental design using complete random design (CRD) were four treatmentst and five replication. Four treatmentst and group consist of P0 100 g leaves bamboo add 0% Actinobacillus sp. ML-08 and 2% molasses; P1 5% Actinobacillus sp. ML-08 and 2% molasses; P2 10% Actinobacillus sp. ML-08 and 2% molasses; P3 15% Actinobacillus sp. ML-08 and 2% molasses. Proximate analysis were done after leaves bamboo (Giganthochloa atter) were fermented for seven days. The data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance Followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The result showed that the effect of addition Actinobacillus sp. ML-08 could increase crude protein and organic matter.
