Abstract
In the previous research, HY antigen can be utilized to shift sex ratio in born child. While in this research intended to know the influence of HY antigen contained in testes and spleen rough extract toward number of fetuhity. Rough extract taken from testes and spleen part of body of mice age 3 weeks old and injected via intraperitonial in male mouse. In P1 treatment, mouse had injected with testes rough extract. Then in P2 treatment, mouse injected with spleen rough extract. From t-test array gained that no found real differences between testes and spleen rough extract injection, but both able to lowering number of mouse’s fetus born.
