Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine Effect Of Tyrosine Kinases Supplementation on The Integrity of Spermatozoa Plasma Membrane Of FH Bull In Different Diluter. Fresh semen was collected from Holstein Friesian Bull using an artificial vagina. Semen was divided into four each was diluted in skim egg yolk, tris egg yolk, skim egg yolk with tyrosin kinase and tris egg yolk with tyrosine kinase. Diluted semen were then procesed for frozzen semen Plasma Membran Integrity of Spermatozoa was examined by means of Hypoosmotic Swelling Test (HOS Test). Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) shomed that the addition of Tyrosin Kinase into Skim egg yolk and Tris egg yolk diluter increased that of Spermatozoa Plasma Membran Integrity.
