Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the effect of giving multiprobio (combination Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus orizae, Sacharomyces cereviseae and Candida pintolopesii) influence toward to performance production such as broiler’s feed consumption, weight gain and feed conversion. The experiment animals were twenty broilers, divided into four treatments and five replications. Four different drink mixtures were, P0: controls, P1: broilers with b probiotic dosage 0,5 ml/liter mineral water, P2: broilers with probiotic dosage 1 ml/liter mineral water and P3: broilers with probiotic dosage 1,5 ml/liter mineral water. Experimental animals were used Hubbard strain of broiler. The data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance Statistic Method (ANOVA, α=5%) and if there were differences among the treatments, The Duncan’s Multiple Range 5% Test was used. The results showed there were significantly differences among treatments on broiler’s feed consumption, weight gain and feed conversion.
