Abstract
The purpose of this research to determine the percentage of worms Fasciola gigantica on the cattle who being slaughtered come close to Eid Fitr 2014 at slaughter house UPTD of Berau regency. The research had been done on July, 13th - 26th 2014. This study was used a non-experimental method through an observation studies. Samples was used in this study were 123 liver samples of cattle. The methode of this research was postmortem examination. The results of postmortem examination shown that 21 of 123 samples was infected by liver worms Fasciola gigantica. However the percentage of cattle infected by worms Fasciola gigantica at the slaughter house UPTD of Berau regency was 17 %.
