Abstract
This research was purpose to identification of aerob cellulolytic fungi. It was descriptive research. The rumen fluid waste sample collected about 100 ml in sterilize bottle. The rumen fluid waste sample after homogenized then was made series dilution up to 10-5. From that dilution was growth at Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) solid medium which have added chloramfenicol using surface plate methode. The culture was incubated at room temperature during seven days. The isolated cellulolytic fungi were identified through colony characterization of them according macroscopic and microscopic observation. The result of identification were succeded to get five genus, they are Aspergillus, Geotrichum , Penicillium, Rhizopus and Trichoderma.
