Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan good corporate governance, kepemilikan terkonsentrasi, leverage, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan dengan CSR disclosure dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang masuk dalam survey yang diadakan oleh IICG yaitu Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI). Terdapat 62 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel perusahaan selama tahun 2009-2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara GCG dan CSR disclosure. Sedangkan kepemilikan terkonsentrasi, leverage, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap CSR disclosure. Dari hasil penelitian, perusahaan dapat memperhatikan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan agar penerapan dan pengungkapan CSR semakin baik sehingga dapat menciptakan kepercayaan masyarakat atau publik.
