Abstract

Factors influencing Bureucrat Staff Performance in Public Service in Office of Semampir District, City of Surabaya. This research aimed to identify factors influencing Bureucrat Staff Performance in Public Service in Office of Semampir District, City of Surabaya. Research method used was qualitative method, based on problem formulation and purpose of research, Explanative Research type was used with data collection technique performed by purposive way and furthered by snow ball technique by seeking further informant to obtain possible information variance. Population and sampel of research were employees in Office of Semampir District, City of Surabaya. Research result showed that factor of ability and motivation provided positive effect and contribution on employee performance in Office of Semampir District in delivering service to public. The most dominant or the most influencing motivation on employee performance is Need of Affiliation.
