Abstract

Based on observations conducted on a total of 50,662 files medical records of patients hospitalized in 2013 until March 2015 in RSD dr. Soebandi Jember are filling incompleteness medical record average of 13.34%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of obedience specialist doctor in the completeness of medical record file in Inpatient RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. This research is an observational analytic study. Processing and data analysis done by quantitative analysis that aims to analyze the factors that influence obedience doctor in fill of medical record file. Data collection is done by cross sectional. The sample in this study are specialists doctors who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria as many as 28 people. Research shows that the level of obedience the physician in filling of inpatient medical record file RSD dr. Soebandi Jember in August 2015 as many as 53.6%. Chi-square test results showed that the variables related to obedience with the physician in filling of inpatient medical record file is peer support. In conclusion, the factors that related the obedience of physicians in medical record file filling factor is peer support, where the role of doctors especially senior physician peer influence on the level of obedience with the spesialist doctor in filling of medical record file is complete and correct.
