Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Pelaporan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan dan tingkat kesehatan bank sebgagai variabel intervening pada perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode tahun 2010 hingga 2014. Berdasarakan pemilihan kriteria sample, didapatkan sample sebanyak 19 Bank, sehingga total jumlah pengamatan adalah 95. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan analisis jalur, diperoleh hasil bahwa hipotesis pertama GCG berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dapat terbukti. Hipotesis kedua CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hipotesis ketiga GCG berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kesehatan Bank. Hipotesis keempat CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kesehatan Bank. Hipotesis kelima Tingkat kesehatan Bank berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hipotesis keenam GCG berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan tingkat kesehatan bank sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hipotesis ketujuh CSR berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan tingkat kesehatan bank sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
