Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pada penderita pasca stroke didapatkan penurunan kebugaran kardiorespirasi. Kemampuan mobilitas merupakan target penting pada rehabilitasi pasca stroke. Obyektif dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebugaran kardiorespirasi dan kemampuan mobilitas fungsional pada penderita pasca stroke infark trombotik. Metode: Desain penelitian merupakan cross sectional. Subyek penelitian 38 orang, penderita pasca stroke infark trombotik. Rerata onset 6,60±3,20 minggu, usia 55,1±8,29 tahun, dan index massa tubuh 24,25±4,05. Subyek melakukan tes Timed Up and Go(TUG) dan tes jalan enam menit. Dilakukan pengukuran waktu yang diperlukan untuk tes TUG dan jarak yang bisa ditempuh pada tes jalan enam menit. Hasil: Rerata waktu untuk hasil tes TUG adalah 15,56±7,69 detik, rerata VO2max pada tes jalan enam menit adalah 10,62±2,31mL/kg/menit. Didapatkan perbedaan signifikan hasil VO2max antara subyek laki-laki dan perempuan (p=0,004). Hasil tes TUG didapatkan hasil yang berbeda menurut usia (r=0,387, p=0,016) dan menurut jenis kelamin (p=0,038). Didapatkan adanya negative korelasi antara waktu untuk tes TUG dan dan nilai VO2max (r= -0,803, p=0,0001)
