Abstract

Development in healthcare sector is one of national development efforts directed to attain awareness, willingness and capability to living healthy for all population in order to realize optimum health level. Mother and Children Health Program is a priority of Health Ministry and success of KIA program becomes an important indicator in National Long Run Development Plan (RPJPN) of 2005- 2025. This research was performed in 9 Public Health Center (PHC) of Lumajang Regency with KIA program administrators as respondent. Independent variables of research were work culture and non financial compensation whereas dependent variable was KIA program performance. General purpose of this research was to set recommendation for improving KIA program performance in PHC of Lumajang Regency. Type of research or approach used in this research was observational descriptive with cross sectional design. Research result showed that based on identification result of work culture and non financial compensation of KIA program administrators in Lumajang Regency PHCs had good category more than adequate category. Meanwhile, based on cross tabs analysis it was found that strong work culture had good performance of 100%. It indicated that the stronger work culture, the better KIA program performance whereas good non financial compensation had good performance of 100%. It indicated that the better non financial compensation received by KIA program administrator the better KIA program performance. based on data of mother and children PWS report of 2014 it was obtained that almost all KIA program performance in Lumajang Regency PHC was good
