Abstract
T. gondii is a zoonotic pathogens that spread throughout the world. In addition it can infect oral and transplacental, T. gondii has been shown to infect females with male semen transmission that has been infected with T. gondii. This study used 18 mice (Mus musculus) which pregnant with a gestation of 8.5 days and then infected with a dose of 10 tachyzoites /mice via intravaginal and intraperitoneal. The data abnormalities morphological changes of the child from the parent who infected with T. gondii was presented descriptively and analyzed by ANOVA continued by HSD. From this study, body length, weight, head length, the length of front legs, long legs and long tail of mice child from the parent who infected by T. gondii via intravaginal and intraperitoneal have difference compared with the controls.
