Abstract

Today, Indonesia have ranked 114th on human development index. At the same time, competitive free era now need a qualified attempt to reveal the impact of organizational culture and management commitment on individual commitment and quality of work. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional observation in Koperasi Syari Ah Baitul Maal Wat-Tamwil In Tulungagung. Random sampling method was used to collect 40 persons. Data was maintained by questionnaires of organizational culture, management commitment, individual commitment and quality of work. Those data have analyzed using liniear multiple regression. The result indicated that organizational culture and management commitment variable had significant point 0,012 toward individual commitment, and 21,4 % of effect. The result have also reveal that organizational culture and management commitment variable had significant point 0,001 toward work quality, and 30,9 % of effect. Where as organizational culture and management commitment variables had significant point 0,000 toward individual commitment and 58,1 % of effect. Than, organizational culture, management commitment and individual commaitment variable had significant point 0,000 toward work quality, and 64,5 % of effect.
