Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh angka pengangguran terbuka, rata-rata lama sekolah, dan pendapatan perkapita terhadap jumlah migrasi keluar penduduk kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada periode 2006- 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi data panel dengan menggunakan metode Fixed Effect Model (FEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka pengangguran terbuk dan rata-rata lama sekolah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur berpengaruh signifikan sedanglan pendapatan perkapita penduduk tidak berpengaruh secara signifian terhadap migrasi keluar penduduk kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada tahun 2006-2010.
