Abstract

The goal of research is to understand the development of carp larvae (number of living larval, weight, length, morphology and skeletal abnormality) due to expose against of Diazinon. The experiment used 600 carp fertilized eggs. Eggs separated into two groups, the group contain three different sub groups, each sub groups sparated into five different sub sub groups. The research used Completely Random Design, factorial pattern 2 X 3. The first factor is expose duration, namely are 0 - 4 days and 0 - 8 days. The second factor is expose dosage, which are composed of LD50 of Diazinon to carp larvae are 0 mg/l, 0,0089 mg/l, dan 0,0178 mg/l. The result showed that expose durations, dosages, and interaction between durations and dosages of Diazinon had not influenced to carp larval development.
