Abstract

This research is an analytic-observational one comparing the officers already attended the ADUM education and training program and those hadn't. The objective of this research is to study the effect of those officers participated in the education and training program toward their working performance by analyzing the difference of knowledge, behaviors and the ability aspects. The samples consist of 75 persons, taken by using a Stratified Random Sampling method. While the analysis process is using a t independent test and the ANACOVA (Analysis of Covarians) test. According to t Test at 5% of the significance level, the variable of knowledge is various frankly, for p = 0.063. Whereas the variable of behaviors, ability and the working perfonnance are not having such a divergence for the value of p for each variables are p = 0.658, p = 0.312, p = 0.353, as well. It means that the officers attended the ADUM education and training program is having a broader knowledge compared to officers that hadn't. Meanwhile, the behaviors, skill, and working performance variables are remaining the same for each group. According the ANACOVA test, at the significance level of 5%, showing no significant divergent of the working performance for each groups, for p = 0.282. The ADUM education and training program can only provide an effect of officers, working performance as 0.093 at 5% of the significance level.
