Abstract

This thesis studying the influence of development of human resource factor toward the productivity of women who is the member of UPPKS Padang Village Bandung, Gresik. Research framework used in this thesis is observational cross sectional. Population used is whole women worker of bordir home industry at Padang Bandung village Gresik with the total number 100 people. Analysis used in this study is double regretion analysis using SPSS version 10. Based on the result analysis, the three variables of human resources development, those are wage, education and training, altogether have influence toward work productivity with the value p =0.000 ang the value of relative contribution is 51,8% Beside that, partially, those three variables have influence toward work productivity. Wage has the level of correlation 0.264 toward work productivity. Training has level of correlation 0.410 toward work productivity. The last, education has the level of correlation 0.371 toward work productivity. From that level of correlation, it can be said that training has dominant influence toward the productivity of women who is the member of UPPKS Padang Village Bandung, Gresik Besides the matters above, from the double regretion analysis there is a regretion formula for the productivity of women who is the member of UPPKS Padang village Bandung, Gresik. That is: Y = 0.207 Xi + 0.064 X2 + 0.123 X}
