Abstract

This thesis observes about The Effecting Factors of Human Resources Development towards The Employee's Work Achievement in Koperasi Java Warfel Desa Telang Bangkalan. The independent variables which effect the employee's work achievement are work participation, training and discipline. The dependent variable is the employee's work achievement. The research pattern is explanative observational, and the population are the employees of Koperasi Jasa Warfel Desu Telang Bangkalan. The data resulted in this research is processed with a computer program, SPS 2000 by Sutrisno Nadi and Yuni. In approving the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the result of regression analysis, the hypothesis 1 which states that Human Resource Development factors—comprising of participation, training and discipline effect the employee's work achievement in Koperasi ./asa Wade/ Desa Telang Bangka/an can be accepted It is shown by the value of p=0.000. With the analysis result can also answer the problem no. 1. All the three variables effect the work achievement, that is. 76.1%. And the degree of the relation of the three independent variables towards the employee's work achievement is 0.872 if it is tested in R-value. Partially, work participation effect the employee's work achievement because it has the value of p=0.000. The effective contribution is 34.552%. And the degree of the relation towards the employee's work achievement is 0.586. Meanwhile the work training variable has the value of p=0.000. The effective contribution is 25.858%. And the degree of the relation towards the employee's work achievement is 0.494. So the work-training variable, which effects the employee's work achievement, is 25.858%. This value is lower than the effect of the work participation variable towards the employee's work achievement. Therefore the hypothesis 2 is rejected and the problem no. 2 can be answered. The dominant variable is not the work training variable, but the work participation variable. Meanwhile the work discipline variable, which effects the employee's work achievement, is 15.692% and the degree of the relation is 0.436. The regression equation for the employee's work achievement in Koperusi Jura Warfel Desa Telang Bangkalan is Y=16.44+0.22X1+0.09X2+0.11X3.
