Abstract

Human resources are managed properly can create competitive advantage for organizations or companies. If the individual in the organization feel that the philosophy of life a place that fits inside the company where they work and can understand the intent, purpose, and scope of activities within the company. The achievement of organizational goals is largely determined by the behavior of those that exist within the organization. Each person has a duty and responsibility that aims to achieve the goals implementing the functions in the organization. The ability of the leadership of the organization to communicate the vision and mission of the company is a major factor in building work performance within the organization. Education and development is an effort to improve employee performance both now and in the future, by increasing knowledge and skills. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of transformational leadership and training on the performance of employees of PT Birotika Semesta Soekarno- Hatta Airport Office The population in this study were Customs Clearance employees of PT Birotika Semesta at Soekarno Hatta Airport Office. In this research used totally sampling method because the entire population of employees of PT Birotika Semesta is used as a sample. In this study data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research on it could be that there is a simultaneous influence of transformational leadership and employee training on the employee performance of PT Birotika Semesta at Soekarno- Hatta Airport Office. There is a partial influence of transformational leadership and employee training on the performance of Operations of PT Birotika Semesta office Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Variable training dominant influence on the employees peformance at the office of PT Birotika Semesta Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
