Abstract

This research to find out the correlation between a concentration of Pb, Cu, and Zn with the body mass of Sardinella lemuru, Selarodies leptolapis, Euthynnus affinis, Valamugil speileri, Drepane puncatata. The finally of the research is to know about safe limit of consumption for human every week and every day. Their was collected from fishing port Muncar-Banyuwangi on Januari until Maret 2012. Heavy metals concentration analysis counted by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. Analysis result obtained is Pb at five of fish type cannot be detected, concentration of Cu and Zn in Sardinella lemuru (0,140-22,014 mg/Kg + 8,669-20,816 mg/Kg), Selaroides leptolapis (0,543-1,952 mg/Kg + 7,840-18,796 mg/Kg), Euthynnus affinis (0,227-4,758 mg/Kg + 0,605-12,164 mg/Kg), Valamugil speileri (0,205-1,339 mg/Kg + 7,955-14,164 mg/Kg), and Drepanne. punctata (0,145-22,013 mg/Kg + 1,505-5,838mg/Kg). Concentration of Cu in Sardinella lemuru and Drepanne punctata is above to safe limit of consumption, while Pb and Zn below safe limit of consumption. So for consumption for this kind of fishes which come from muncar coastal must beast on the fish consumption regulation containing heavy metal.
