Abstract

A model analyzed of utilizations psychologycal of services in Bangkalan district, the process model what developed by Schiffman and Kanuk about process model of decision making what fluenced student’s toward choise of psychologycal services to solve psychological disturbance or psychological problem. The general objective of research finded some factors what influences toward choise of utilization psychological services who high general student and high vocational student in Bangkalan district and utilization Syamrabu’s General Hospital of Bangkalan solved psychologycal disturbances. Research measured perceptions about psychological disturbance, psychology service’s promotion, reference group and utilizations of psychological services who’s choise for problem solutions. This research category as like as analytics research with conducted cross-sectional methode in May until June 2012. The technique collected data questionnaires with proportional stratified random sampling and used 236 student in Bangkalan district. The research result showed relations between the degree of perception about psychological disturbances, promotions of psychological services, process to buying decission making to choise and used psychological problem’s solvers, Reference of Group showed weak rather influence to use psychological services asspecially psychological service in hospital. The direct influence of utilization decision making had determination coefficient number (Rxy) 0.530 and showed that process of decission making to buying as like as independent variable and role to intervening variabel. Independent variabel have determination coefficient number 411 or 41,1% directed influence conditions of buying decision making, in this research as like as intervening variabel.
