Abstract

To meet the need of developing society in order to obtain businnes capital, a credit agreement then is necessary to obtain a credit especially from the bank. Credit agreement must be included by the notary in the making of certifícate with respect to such agreement as regulated in the provisión of article 1 verse 1, article 15 of Laws No 30 of 2004 regarding the title of Notary and article point 11 of Laws No 10 of 1998 regarding Banking which discusses about the making of credit standard contract. Hopefully this thesis can be such a useful Reading that may broaden the insight of its readers.
