Abstract
The objective of the study was to know the repeated of AAIn to the same species of animal were not induces AAId and total immunoglobulin productions. This study used 10 male rabbits divided into 4 groups as series trial. Each rabbit in groups I, II, III and IV was injected subcutaneously with 0.5 ml of 1:10 antibody anti-inhibin per animal one time; Group II rabbit are injected twice by using the same dosage antibody anti-inhibin single dose, twice, thrice, fourfold every two week respectively. The antibody anti-idiotypic was measured by using indirect ELISA. While the level of total immunoglobulins by using direct ELISA. The result of the study showed that repeated injections of rabbit antibody anti-inhibin were not stimulated antibody anti-idiotypic in the same species and the total immunoglobulins of rabbit were not decreased.
