Abstract
Telah berhasil diiisolasi dan diidentifikasi berbagai jamul' endofit dari Alyxia reinwardtii diantaranya jamur barn Lecythophora sp. Produksi tertinggi asam kojat Lecythophora sp. strain 30.5 mencapai (2238 ± 62) )lg/ml dalam media glukosa 50 giL. yeast extract 5 giL, KH2P04 1 giL, MgS04.7H20 0,5 giL pH 5,6 pada suhu kamar dengan pengocokan 100 rpm selama delapan hari.
