Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi pada abad dua puluh ini membawa pengaruh terhadap hak azasi manusia yang pada hakekatnya merupakan tujuan pokok dari hidup manusia salah satu hak azasi manusia adalah hak diperolehnya kesehatan yang bertumpu pada dua hal yaitu pertama hak atas pemeliharaan kesehatan ( the right to health care ) kedua hak untuk menentukan nasib sendiri ( the right to self determination )
