PENGARUH METODE PEMBAGIAN VISUAL TERHADAP KESERAGAMAN BOBOT PUYER.

Abstract
The influence of visual division method to the weight variation of divided powders containing small dose and high dose of INH with lO, 20, 30, 45, and 60 packs of powders has been investigated. The visual divisison method were varied to 5-5, lO-lO, 15-15, 20-20 and 30-30 parts in each division. The doses of INH were 50 mg (+ 50 mg laktose) and 250 mg (+ 250 mg laktose) in each packs.
The first steep was determining qualitatively and quantitatively of isoniazid and laktose. It should that the materials fulfilled the requirenments. Then both materials were blend by trituration to reduce their particles, mixed together, and sieved to get the same particle sizes: The next step was determining the contains uniformity of the bulk, the moisture contents, and the flowability characteristics ofthe bulk.
For each dosages of powders (50 mg and 250 mg) dispensed in lO packs, theywere divided visually with 2 method : 5-5 and directly divided into 10 parts. For the 20 packs of dispensing, the division method were three: 5-5, lO-lO, and directly into 20 parts. The 30 packs of dispensing were divided by four method: 5-5, lO-lO, 15-15, and directly 30 parts. The 45 packs of dispensing were divided by two method: 5-5, and 15-15 . 60 packs of dispensing were done by five method : 5-5, 10-10, 15-15, 20-20, and 30-30. After the powder has been divided, 20 packs of them were weighed with Metleer AJ 100 analitycal method to determine their weight variation.
The results of weight variation for eligible small dosage are lO, 20, 30, 45, and 60 packs with 5-5 division. While for eligible high dosage are lO, 20, 30, 45, and 60 packs with 5-5, lO-lO, 15-15, 20-20 divisions. Thus for small and high doseges it would be better todiveded 5-5 visually, while for high dosage should be diveded not exceeding 20-20.
