Abstract
Pembagian daerah di Indonesia yang berdasar besar dan kecil dengan bentuk susunan pemerintahannya yang ditetapkan dengan Undang-Undang dengan mengingat dan memandang dasar permusyawaratan dalam sistem pemerintahan negara dan hak-hak, asal-usul dalam daerah-daerah yang bersifat istemewa menyebabkan wilayah Indonesia dibagi dalam wilayah-wilayah administratif dan daerah-daerah otonom.
