Abstract

Internal control is a company tool to assess and evaluate correctness of financial statement, performance of company’s operational, and compliance to code of conduct. In the banking service, internal control is also one of the tool to evaluate performance and business activity within the entity, like assessing the effectivity of providing construction financing, which is offering by bank to their customer by the principle of musyarakah contract. BTN Syariah is a banking service company that offer products and services focused in property sector. Construction financing is one of its product offering fund for working capital to property project. With the principle of musyarakah contract, financing construction will ease costumer to return the fund. The bank will help to optimize income of profit sharing. This paper use qualitative approach and the result show that in the meantime, such constructive financing providing by BTN (persero) Syariah in Malang is going well. The banking entity have effectivelly applied the process by preventing bad credit. The result written in this paper show that the component of internal control to this construction financing of BTN take part in the effectivity of construction financing in the company.
