There is an association between knowledge and attitude of adolescent (p=0.017), there is an association between an individual’s belief with adolescent attitude (p=0.004). On multivariate analysis, factors found knowledge has a value of p>0.05 is p=0.157. While, for the individual’s attitude has a value of p<0.05 is p=0.002. From the study it can be concluded that the knowledge and individual’s belief are factors related to attitude towards adolescent girls to prevent cervical cancer by HPV vaccination.
