Abstract
lndirect Immunofluoresence Assay (IFA) telah digunakan sejak tahun 1950 unhrk mendeteksi ANA, paling sering menggunakan human epihelioid laryngeal cancer cell (Hep-2) cell line sebagai substrat IFA memberikan keuntungan dengan menggunakan informasi pola dan titer IFA merupakan penanda yang sangat spesifik untuk penyakit autoimun sistemik. Pola fluoresens nukleus dapat menunjukkan jenis antibodi yang terdapat dalam serum pola homogenous, rim, speckled yang berhubungan dengan jenis penyakit merupakan standar emas untuk skrining autoantibodi yang berhubungan dengan penyakit autoimun. ANA Profile bukan sebagai konfirmasi, tetapi sebagai pendukung hasil ANA lF yang positif.
