Abstract

Dalam setiap kasus blister subepidermal selalu ada imunoglobulin yg terekspresiIgG, IgA atau keduanya, tetapi tidak ada yang tidak terekspresi keduanya. Pada sebagian besar kasus hanya IgG atau IgA yang terekspresi, dan hanya sebagian kecil dengan persentase 10% yang terekspresi keduanya. Analisa statistik didapatkan hasil yaitu tidak didapatkan perbedaan ekspresi IgG dan IgA pada berbagai blister subepidermal. Didapatkan korelasi negatif antara ekspresi IgG dan IgA pada berbagai blister subepidermal. Kesimpulan Tidak didapatkan perbedaan ekspresi IgG dan IgA pada berbagai blister subepidermal. Didapatkan korelasi negatif antara ekspresi IgG dan IgA pada berbagai blister subepidermal
