Abstract

Acut and sub acut toxicity test extract product of Phyl1anthus niruri that use Glutamit Oxaloacetic Transaminase, Glutamit Pyruvic Transaminase and liver histopatology changed as a parameter I)as been done on this research. Acut toxicity test use mice as an animal tester and sub acut test use 5 groups of rats as animal tester. We usually give oral preparation in acut toxicity with dose 21 Wkg weigh of mice an4 an utilization die animal tester is done after 24 hours start. Sub acut test is done for 2 months and each group is gave dose 1 (0.125 mw 200 g), dose 2 (0.25 mg/200 g), dose 3 (0.375 mgt 200 g), dose 4 (O.5mW 2oog). After that we take a sample ofblood through intracardial and take the liver for analisys.
